At Palazzo Venezia, we take great care in preparing and delivering every order.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to Kuwait, selected GCC and Middle East countries, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout. If your country is not available in the country selection list, we are currently unable to process delivery to that destination.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched:

Kuwait: 1–2 business days
GCC and Middle East: 5–7 business days
Europe and the United States: 10–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, customs procedures, public holidays, carrier operations, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, order quantity, and parcel weight.

The final shipping charge will be shown before payment is completed.

DELIVERY PARTNER

All orders are shipped through Aramex.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery updates will be provided through the shipping process where available.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including a valid phone number.

Palazzo Venezia is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or unreachable delivery details.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges imposed by the destination country may apply.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, adverse weather, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control.
