RETURN POLICY
At Palazzo Venezia, we take great care in preparing every fragrance. Due to the nature of perfume products, returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions outlined below.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges for unopened and unused fragrance products may be requested within 24 hours of delivery, subject to prior approval from Palazzo Venezia.
To be eligible, the product must remain in its original condition, with all original packaging, seals, and protective materials fully intact.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, tested, used, or have had their original packaging or seal removed.
INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number together with clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage. Once reviewed, Palazzo Venezia will arrange the appropriate resolution.
RETURN AUTHORISATION
All returns require prior approval from our Customer Service team. Please do not send any product back without receiving return instructions from Palazzo Venezia.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Where a return is approved due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If an incorrect, damaged, or defective item is confirmed, Palazzo Venezia will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by Palazzo Venezia.
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed to be the responsibility of Palazzo Venezia.
