All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD), unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

If an incorrect price, product description, or availability issue is identified after an order is placed, we may contact you to confirm the correct information or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not constitute final acceptance of that order. An order is accepted only once payment has been successfully authorised and we have confirmed that the product is available for fulfilment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a suspected payment issue, fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, product unavailability, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
PAYMENT
Palazzo Venezia currently accepts KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, subject to availability at checkout.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s location, device, browser, and the payment provider’s requirements. The payment method available for each order will be displayed during checkout.
You are responsible for providing valid and accurate payment information. Payment transactions are processed through authorised third-party payment providers, and Palazzo Venezia does not store your full payment-card details.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times, delivery estimates, fees, and destination availability are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Palazzo Venezia cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, opened, used, sprayed, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for return or exchange, subject to applicable consumer-protection requirements.
