Terms of Use

1.1 By placing an order through the marketplace, the customer agrees to be bound by the Agreement. It is highly recommended, and the sole responsibility of the customer, to read the Agreement before placing any order in the marketplace. Additionally, we reserve the right to change the terms of the Agreement at any time. Any such changes will be deemed effective upon their publication on the website.
1.2 To place an order, the customer must create an account in the marketplace. For more information about account creation, the customer should refer to the Website’s Terms of Use. The website reserves the right to cancel any order and close the account if the customer violates the terms of account creation as stipulated in the Website’s Terms of Use.
1.3 The products available through the marketplace are sold by Palazzo Venezia Perfumes or as indicated in the product description.
1.4 The customer bears the costs of replacement (shipping or delivery) if they request a replacement with a different product, along with paying the price difference between the two products. The customer also bears the costs of returns (shipping or delivery), which are deducted from the refunded amount.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Products can be exchanged or returned provided the original receipt is available.
• The customer is entitled to exchange or return the product and receive a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
• The goods must be in the same condition as when purchased, fit for resale, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
• The customer bears the costs of exchange or return, such as air shipping or delivery within Kuwait or Italy.
• The customer must acknowledge that the product has not been used in any way.
• The nature of the product must fall under the category of items eligible for return or exchange.
• Products may be returned in case of a defect or if they do not meet the approved specifications.
• The customer is entitled to exchange or return when the conditions stipulated in this policy are met. In this case, the value of the product as indicated in the purchase invoice will be refunded in the same method of payment used during purchase.
• Products purchased from applications are subject to the return and exchange policies of the respective application.
Cases Where Return or Exchange is Not Allowed:
• If the consumer was aware of a defect or flaw in the product at the time of purchase and accepted it as is, or if it was the last item displayed in the store, as indicated on the receipt.
• If the specifications or packaging of the goods prevent their return or exchange because doing so would cause damage or make it impossible to restore them to their original condition, rendering them unsellable.
• If the customer has misused or damaged the goods inappropriately.
• If there are missing accessories or components, with or without the original packaging, or if the packaging is torn, the product must be in the same condition as when purchased.

• The website offers several payment methods, such as Google Pay, KNET, VISA, Mastercard, or Apple Pay, which may vary. The applicable payment method for the order will appear in the final stage before placing the order.
• In the case of payment by card, whether at the time of ordering or upon delivery, by placing the order, the customer authorizes the payment processor Palazzo Venezia Perfumes to process and validate the card details for the order amount. To ensure the card is not used without the customer’s consent and to verify the card’s validity and the customer’s details, the marketplace will direct the customer to the payment gateway page, which will require the customer to input their card details as instructed by the payment gateway operator. Additionally, the payment gateway operator may validate the card details along with other information provided by the customer against the operator’s database.
• The responsibility for validating the customer and their card information, as well as the lawful authorization of the transaction to deduct payments from the card, lies with the respective payment gateway operator and/or the card-issuing bank in accordance with their terms and conditions. Palazzo Venezia Perfumes is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from fraudulent transactions that occur due to attacks or breaches on any payment gateway operator, attacks or breaches on issuing banks, or due to the customer’s card details, PIN verification details, password verification details, or any other details allowing purchases through the payment gateway being obtained by malicious actors or individuals who may not be the rightful owners of the card.
